Purchased, but download incomplete.

First off all, I think/hope this is a good TOEFL prep course looking at the samples. Hope there will be an IELTS package soon... Also interested to buy the TOEIC package and Grammar through Stories soon.
My question/problem. I have purchased the whole TOEFL package, but only 2 rar files were downloaded. I get an error message saying something like: "You have downloaded too many times with the wrong URL".
The problem is, that I need the material before Tuesday 24th 2012, so hope a solution will come up asap.
Please HELP?
