This is from Barron`s Model test 8.
Question: Summarize the main points in the reading passage, explaining how the lecture csts doubt on the ideas.

According to the reading passage, the new method of communication occurs due to technologically advanced tools, such as Internet, cell phone, teleconferencing and many others. This efficient system provides a possibility to create a 24/7 international work day. However, the lecturer states that there are some problems associated with it, and as an example he cites his experience working with teams in California and India.
The first problem occurs because the team sometimes couldn’t get information immediately or specify some questions because one team was sleeping while the other team was working. So, this causes delays.
Another problem is that because the amount of time for coordination of the effort of two remote teams was not taken into consideration, the managers have to spend more time without compensation.
Finally, a lecturer mentions that a time for teleconferences is a challenge because of the differences in time zones. Both teams from California and India have to work outside of their working time. The promissing benefits pointed to the reading do not take into account any of these disadvantages when companies choose « «follow the sun ».

"Follow the sun" is the concept mentioned in the reading passage. :)

OK, that makes more sense then. I would write the last sentence {... when companies choose to "follow the sun". }
