IELTS score any good for TOEIC®?

Hi Site!
I Am Going To Take Toeic One Week From Now. It'S My First Time With Toeic And I Am Not Exactly Prepared For The Exam. I Did Some Studying Before (Few Mos. Ago) For Ielts And Im Only Using The Vocabulary Prep For Toeic On This Site. I Have Taken Ielts And Got 7.0 As An Overall Band Score. Inorder For Me To Be Registered With Hpc I Need To Have At Least 7 With No Score Lower Than 6.5 In Any Of The Subtest,However, I Had 6.0 In Speaking. My Question Is, Considering My Score In Ielts, Do U Think I Could Get A Score Of 810 With Toeic By Just Using Your Vocabulary Study Guide And Including My Previous Studies? I Am Trying My Best To Access Study Guides As Many As I Could But With So Many Vocabularies Im Still Stuck With The Toeic Prep In Here.
