Hello!
In the sentence: 'If you're worried, we can talk it over/ about tomorrow.',Why 'to talk over' is the right option and not 'to talk about'?

talk it over
or
talk about it
would be correct
but you cannot mix the two phrase to write/say 'talk it about' or 'talk over it'.
