Correct my complaint letter #1 (permalink) Mon Jan 30, 2012 19:46 pm   Correct my complaint letter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to issue a complaint regarding a recent purchase of a product. On 20 January 2012 I purchased the ASUS ML 200 LCD Monitor from one of your shop.
Firsly, I am disappointed because the product has not been working properly and I found that it has the LCD backlights internally burned.
Moreover, when I received the product, the box was not sealed, the protective foil was missing and the DVI cable broken so it did not have oone of the most important feature I needed.
I called the customer service and did not get any solution of my problem. Although I have shopped many times from your outlet, but have never come across with any such kind of problem.

I am writing this letter to you expressing the hope that you will reply as soon as possible with the advisable course of action, whether you can service it or replace the TV altogether.

Yours faithfully,
Danex Alex

Thank you very much !
