Do you say Gesundheit?

Hi my dear native speakers,

Do you ever say 'gesundheit' instead of 'bless you'? I somewhere read that some Americans say it but then again, it might be quite rare.

I myself don't say it, but I think most people know what it means (or at when to say it :) ) It seems like it used to be more common when I was young, or that may just be because my grandparents used to say it. It also may be more popular in the midwest, where there is a stronger German immigrant presence.
