1) Pour tea into my cup without straining it. Correct?

2) This wall is very sensitive and will fall down. Do not try to climb it. Correct?

1) is correct.

2) is grammatically correct, but the word "sensitive" is usually reserved for things that can sense something, like living beings; you probably mean "fragile", which means it is easily broken or damaged.
