Could you please tell me what English word to name a type of bus ticket that has same price for all people regardless of adults, children, or handicap people... and with a specific route, regardless of long or short distance, people only have to pay the same price of ticket.

"flat rate" is a term used when everyone always pays the same price. (The term is not specific to bus tickets.)

Edited: also "fixed rate", of course....
