Could you please explain it?

It's hard to find the reasons
Who can see the rhyme?
I guess we were seasons out of time
I guess you didn't know me

What does it means? I guess there's something about idiom...

Lyrics can sometimes be tricky because they don't always make sense! This lyric on the other hand is based on the idiom "there's no rhyme nor reason", which means something does not make sense. It sounds like the singer is trying to understand a failed relationship where the break-up does not make sense to him. "Seasons out of time" implies that they were not compatible with each other because they were each at different stages in their lives.
