Dear Sirs

Please correct the content whatever is necessary.

"Customers might have more than one SDK/CGI for their camera product line. In such scenario they either must have the integration capability or seek assistance from third party in order to get seamless integration across all SDKs/CGIs. The standard engineer fee for such integration is USD2,000 per SDK/CGI once both parties foresee the further cooperation is promising."

Do you mean perhaps "once both parties agree on further cooperation" or "once both parties foresee that further cooperation is necessary"?

Will this be more explicit?
"once both parties consider that further cooperation is profitable after evaluation/feasibility study"

So the two parties agree to cooperate on a evaluation/feasiblility study and at that point the customer pays you $2000, correct? If so I would just say "... once both parties agree to cooperate on the project." It is obvious to me that they would not agree unless they thought it was promising or could be profitable.
