Purchase but no email with PDF

I purchased "Grammar through Stories" and I never received the email with the PDF file. I received the receipt and my bank account shows the purchase but I never received it. Also, I sent a message through the link provided but was not sure whether or not it went through. I would appreciate an email with the PDF attachment.

I purchased the ebook with hopes of using it right away, but I should have realized that there's a table of contents section in the sample download showing what grammar areas are covered. Unfortunately what I needed isn't in there. I love the concept of learning grammar through stories, but would anyone have any stories using the present and past perfect as well as common prepositions?
