Are they idiomatic?
1. Please advise which of the following sentences is correct.
2. Please advise which is correct of the following sentences.
3. Please offer the catalog file in Windows word format of these two items.
4. please offer the catalog files in Windows word format of these two items

1 is well-formed, but I would not say it was idiomatic..

2 is passable, though not the best word order.

I can't make sense of 3 and 4

I think "Please offer the catalog files in Windows Word format for these two items." is clear to me.

You can, but that was not in the original suggestions.

As an aside, I wonder if you realise that when you choose to use the negative form 'can I not say...' (or 'can't I say...') instead of the positive form 'can I say...' that it sounds as if you are doubting or questioning the information provided previously?
