No, it means you know where she is going.

'She wanna go' is incorrect even if you allow the usage of 'wanna' which is not actually a word in English.

Hi Morvarid,

For the record 'wanna' does in fact exist and has made it into the Oxford English Dictionary as a colloquialism meaning either 'want to' or 'want one'. It isn't recommended to use 'wanna' in formal prose. The other point is that 'to be headed' can also mean to go in a direction within an argument or discussion as in: I know where you're headed as I know the point you are going to make next.
