Dear Messer’s (company X)

Regarding to the order of tanks , which has been confirmed last year & the payment was paid on Dec.15,2011 , we are in critical situation where penalties were imposed for our delay in supply tanks to the customer, now we are very upset about your response , below notes should be replied very urgently :
1- Why the tanks did not shipped till the moment ? while you are promise to ship them on Jan.21,2012. We emphasize the need to ship the tanks very urgently.
2- What is the exact status of the tank shipment ?
3- Where is your confirmation of the payment ? which has been sent to you on Dec.15,2011(see the attached copy).
Waiting your urgent comment & reply.

Hello Edilson,

Welcome to the forums!

I'm afraid your snippet is not a complete sentence so it's only possible to guess at the meaning.

I think that it is part of a sentence which is speaking about the main structure of something.

Hello Beesnees!

So Sorry!

Then it is here the full sentence.

But the most important thing -- the backbone so to speak -- is this CD.

Hi Frenzyduonga, was this part of a test or exercise?

The correct sentence would be "No, he has yet to tell me." or "No, he has not yet told me."

As you say, "No, he yet hasn't to tell me" is incorrect.
