Topic- What are some important qualities of supervisor(boss)? Use specific details and example to explain why these qualities are important.

In present era, A person who want to get higher position in the company and want to establish his own company or business should be multiskilled and should contain many qualities. Now it is not enough,If u have only degree certificate but you must have certain qualities to maintain your higher position. According to me ,person should be punctual and responsible and able to take quick decision.
First, A person should be punctual and regular. It is the most important quality because all employees of the company follows their boss or leader. If Boss is lazy and does not give enough dedication towards his work, then he can never expect the same dedication from employees of the company.

Second, He should be able to take decision quickly and should be responsible. For example,Before to make any final decision about the project, an employee always asks to his boss. In such situation if boss is able to take the decision, then his started project will never be completed in future.

Moreover, He should be quite mature and young to take the decision. Not like very young persons who mostly are day dreamers of becoming the super power person and always live in the future mentally. On the other hand, he should be mentally young though he is aged physically means that he should not always see his past to take the decision like older aged people. It is important while taking decision. He should be ready to accept changes with time.

Lastly, the supervisor's good nature is also required to maintain healthy relation with their partner as well as workers who works under his leadership and which includes he should be kind and benevolent. He should be honest and never do biased with his employees. For instance, The boss should ready help his retired employee, who is needy ,though he is not receiving his services now.

To sum up, as the person doesn't born with such qualities .S/he has to develop to become supervisor , from whom one can get inspirations and appreciate his adorable work. Who will not like a boss who has such unique qualities!
