I've got a question regarding the "do" in positive statements, that is to say:

I do like swimming. (for the first and the second persons we use "do" as an emphasis)

The question is:

Do you use the same emphasis for the third person (he, she)? Or "do" become "does"? For exemple:

He does like swimming.
or
He do likes swimming.

Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

yes, you can use the same emphasis. The correct form would be:
he does like swimming
