Hello!
In this sentence I have to cross out the wrong word:'The website advertises a range of musical / scientific / cookery instruments.' The answer key tells me that 'cookery' is the word which should be crossed out but to me 'scientific' may be the wrong word. Am I right?
Thank you for time and support!

No, in fact "scientific instruments" is a valid term. It means things like microscopes, telescopes, thermometers, spectrometers, etc. etc.
