Dear Professor, first of all let me to appreciate all your best efforts you have made for me so far. I deeply believe your idea that " things happens for goods" and I never give up my hope untill I find a way to achieve this distant goal with your help. Based on our last meeting in ...., I wait your calling to go for another interview. I actually know that nowadays the situation is not so good and the result maybe negative again. But I want to take my chance once more without considering result. I will be glad if you guide me what to do in the future.

Hi, I have corrected some errors in your email:

Dear Professor, First of all let me tell you I appreciate all your best efforts you have devoted to me so far. I deeply believe your idea that "things happen for the good" and I will never give up my hope until I find a way to achieve this distant goal with your help. Based on our last meeting in ..., I await your call to request a second interview. I know that nowadays the situation is not so good and so the result may be negative again. But I want to take a chance once more without considering the result. I will be glad if you guide me in what to do in the future.

Luschen,
Please explain the difference between the two sentences?
1. I will be glad if you guide me what to do in the future.
2. I will be glad if you guide me in what to do in the future.

2 is the one that is grammatically correct.

1. I will be glad if you guide me what to do in the future. (wrong)
2. I will be glad if you guide me in what to do in the future.(OK)
The above is the reply from Beeesnees.
We normally say: "Guide me what to do."
Then how #1 sentence is grammatically wrong?
Could you please explain to me with a bit more grammar points.
Thanks.

Who normally says 'guide me what to do'?

You can
'tell me what to do'.
You can
'teach me what to do'
but for me you cannot
'guide me what to do' (except in an informal, conversational sense),
just as you cannot
'lead me what to do'.
However you can
'guide me to do it'.

It all revolves around the subtleties and nuances of the verbs used.
