I came across this sentence and I would like to know if the following option would be correct instead of the former one:

'Who seduced whom?' instead of 'Who seduced who?'

"Who seduced whom?" is technically correct. "Who seduced who?" would be common in everyday English ("whom" is seen as quite a formal and "difficult" word, and, outside formal writing, "who" is often used instead).
