Hi everyone
May you help me with the 2 questions below ?

1. The sweater is of good quality
2. The sweater is good quality.

- There is any different meaning in these 2 sentences ?
- Could you help me with the use "is of" ?

There is no difference in meaning. In my opinion "is of good quality" is technically preferable in formal language, though "is good quality" is widely used and accepted.* I think the reason why "of" is inserted is that, strictly speaking, a sweater cannot literally "be" good quality. Instead, good quality is a property of the sweater.

*In fact, "of good quality" tends to sound over-fussy in everyday conversation.
