Hi,

Can I use te given expression in my written English?

*My teacher deducted two marks for my poor hand-writing.

(I mean to ask if the expression correct)

Hi Salim

I would say that "My teacher deducted two marks for my poor handwriting" is OK.

(You should write handwriting without a hyphen.)

Instead of the word "marks", you could also use the word "points".
