This means that he has to do a lot of things and that he has to do them all quickly. ‘To do it all’ means ‘to do everything’. This would be another way to express it, but you cannot say ‘to do it everything’. Since the test sentence already states 'do it’, the only valid option in this sense is ‘all’. 'Every year' is grammatically correct, but has a different meaning. |
