The words "bondstore" and "slopchest" sound like fairly specialized words. I assume they're all connected with a ship somehow. ;) (Are you sure they're written together?)
"Bull's eye" can mean "the center part of a target". But, from your question, I assume there's another meaning on a ship. :lol:
I know the word "slop" to be "unappetizing food" or "food for pigs", for example....
I can imagine what a "bond store" would be in connection with shipping (or import/export) --> a warehouse connected with customs or a "bonded warehouse".
