Hi Lion
domestic affairs / internal affairs
One usage for "domestic affairs" could be to refer to a governmental department which oversees things that happen within its own country.
"Internal affairs" could be the same thing (department in the government of a country), but I would expect to find the phrase "internal affairs" also used by smaller entities --- such as a department of a town government, a police force, or possibly even a company. A department that deals with "internal issues".
As to the other possible differences, it would be helpful to have more input from you. (Where have you seen these expressions? Context?)
Regarding the words comment, feedback and testimonial, I think the best step would be to look at dictionary definitions first:
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/comment http://www.thefreedictionary.com/feedback http://www.thefreedictionary.com/testimonial
Do you have a sentence or sentences where you think some of these words could be interchangeable? (What are the sentences?) Or where you've been told they're not interchangeable and you don't understand why not? (What are the sentences?)
The more specific the input, the better the feedback. :D
