Hi,
in my opinion the best way to learn language is to marry somebody (native speaker of the language which you wish to learn),much cheaper not better method is to do many tests (grammar),listen to one audio book regularly and additional to much more all what you are able to find in that languague, read the same book many times ,translate the same book very very precisely (this shuold be at the beginning)and repeat in the mind the text so much as you can recollect from learning (specially dialogues).
Well all what you need now is to find a nice looking girlfriend / boyfriend or some very good book.
Choice is yours.

Jan
Learning in bed is in average 10 times faster then at school.

I think the quickest way to speak fluently is to read a lot and speak a lot. The reading puts a lot of words and expressions into your head, so that you don't have to struggle with what you want to say. The speaking gives you practice in putting all of this together and getting it out of your mouth.

Hi!

I learned english completely by watching a lot of tv. This is a fun way of learning since it does not really take any effort on your part. If you have a favourite movie, watch it over and over again. You can also try to pronounce the words/sentences as they are spoken.

That's what I did, and all of a sudden, I realized that I understood it
Of course, the next step is to speak it with a native speaker, which is not difficult to do, since the internet connects us all. Get to know people online, and download the wonderful program Skype!

Good luck with your english

Hi,
watching TV is less effective from radio or just from any listening to the voice.
In my opinion picture of TV consumes quite a lot of our mind energy and brain is left with what is avaiable for concentration/learning process,
but of course I do myself a lot of movies watching and
subtitles are here really helpful.
