TOEFL® vs IELTS

I chose TOEFL, because I got 580 from paper base TOEFL 4 years ago, but the TOEFL validity time is 2 years, so I need to refresh my score, and I thought TOEFL IBT would be easier for me than IELTS, since I had already got TOEFL experience. Unfortunately, I see that it was a mistake, now. I thought one and a half month was enough to receive my paper score, but now the customer service say that it can take up to 6 weeks with great indifference.
