The question would be: Is there any difference ..?

As expressions of time they all refer to the present time.
Now is immediate as in:I am writing this reply to your question now

At the moment suggests now but for a short duration or short period of time as in: There are a lot of shops selling this product at the moment but I think it will soon be impossible to buy it.

At present describes a situation as it exists currently during the present as in: At present you have to be at least 16 years old if you want to buy cigarettes.
