Hey it happens...it's in the info blurb for this forum section

"Our forum users have asked quite a number of grammar questions that inspired Alan to create a serious of short stories covering those particular grammar points. In this section of the forum you read Alan's texts and ask his team even more grammar questions."

I believe whoever wrote this meant to use the word "series".

Unless Alan's short stories really are "serious" in nature ahahah... Smile
