I've heard "cast piece" and "cast into place" but not "cast into piece" (until just now, that is).

But, then again, I'm just a darn Yankee (like Twain sort of was). Laughing

And I heard the same expression as you, Amy.As far as I know it deals with medicine but I'm not sure Very Happy
