'Worried sick' suggests that you are very worried indeed - to such an extent that you almost feel sick/unwell.

No. The expression 'misery guts' is applied to someone who is always very pessimistic and in that sense stops other people from enjoying themselves.

Hi,
I wouldn't say 'full fine'. You can qualify 'fine' with an adverb like 'very' 'absolutely' and so on.
