Hi blazya The expression you're talking about is "no matter" but the test sentence does not mean "no matter what you say". It's connected with the idea of how loudly something is said.
To use "no matter" with a meaning similar to the test sentence, you could say "No matter how much louder you make your voice, I (still) can't hear you."

| Doesn't "It's no point" means the same?. Why is reported as a wrong answer then? |

The expressions are "there's no point in" and "it's no use", which mean the same in the context above.
There's no point in shouting at me, (because) I can't hear you. I'm deaf you see. It's no use shouting at me, (because) I can't hear you. I'm deaf you see. |

Hi Tupapa
The usual wording with the word "point" would be with "there is" rather than "it is":
- There is no point (in doing something). -------------------------------------------
Hi Torsten
There should be a period/full stop, a semi-colon, or perhaps an em-dash after the word "use" in the test sentence. . _________________ "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." ~ Abraham Lincoln |

Hi..Mitra584...
There can not be a sentence as ' it is not use..'
It can be either ' it is not used....' or ' it is not usable..'

Hi Mitra,
'It is not used' is, as you say, a passive construction as in: This building was built in the 19th century as a place where people could take a bath but today it is not used for that purpose. This means in effect that people do not use it for that purpose any more.
'It is no use' is an expression suggesting that something is a waste of time and is often followed by a verb in the 'ing' form as in: You have to pay taxes and it's no use complaining about it because you have no choice in the matter. This means that complaining about having to pay taxes is a waste of time because it is necessary for you to pay them.
