Hi,

In this sentence:

Quote:
I know it sounds unreasonable but it is possible that she will never come back.

it is better to have the present form it is possible so that it is in line with the other present forms: I know and it sounds.

Hi,

In that sentence you could either say: 'It is possible' or 'Possibly' but you wouldn't use 'possibly' with 'it is'.
