A. than those of the other restaurants
B. other restaurants are
C. the food items available in other restaurants

My answer is "c"

Your test questions tend to be a bit strange and sometimes include other errors or are awkward. No wonder you're having trouble!

Answer C would be the best of the possibilities given.

Please note: In my opinion, "prices of the restaurants" would refer to how much the restaurants themselves cost and not to how much the food costs.
