Hello Torsten,
I didn't think that I receive answer from you.
Let me write to you what I am feeling.
I damn the moment when I noticed these sentences and I believed in: this is a good thing.
"Do you want to be in this list? Please register on our forum and take the tests with your own progress report!"
These sentences caused me so many racking moments.
Every bad thing what one can imagine happened to me not once but all the way up the line. I lost my points, I lost %, my photos was deleted from the list.
From self-defence I gave up doing tests. But after a break I began. These things happened to me again and again. I wanted to give up for good.
Sometimes I see the progress report and I saw the people who were in the group than me they could move along, rushed past me.
I felt like doing a go again. And my progress report worked without fault. Till this morning. As I wrote - after two faultless tests my progress drop off from 93.52 to 86.05 %. "Déja vu" situation once I have had my progress 97.? % and it dropped off 73.?%. And it remains there for several months. I don't wish to my enemy to know what I passed through.
I live this whole happening humiliating. What do I want? Why don't I give up once for all? Why do I write to you? Everybody tells me give up! But I can't, I would like to do these tests. My question : Can I do them without cutting the ground from under my feet???

Dear Kati,
I'm sorry that there is an error in the progress report algorithm. It will take time to fix it. I really appreciate your patience and hope you continue using our site.
Many thanks for your understanding. Torsten

Hello Torsten,
I am really patient but you promised me that you would fix my algorithm error. I am waiting for it since 2010 September, but I see you make promises that you are impossible to keep it. On 11. May :18428 test / my progress% dropped off from 93,52% to 86,05 % after having done 10 tests without mistake . This happened since that day.
18 448 -86,05% 20 good answers 18 464 -84,45% 6 good answers( the progress % reacted) 18 494 -86,05 % 30 good answers(the progress% dropped off) 18 607 -74,85 % 18 617 -74,85 % 18 627 -74,84 % 18 637 -74,85 % 18 646 -74,47 % 18 656 -74,85 % 18 666 -74,85% 18 676 -74,85% 18 686 -74,85% 18 676 -74,85% 18 686 -74,85% 18 696 -74,85% 18 706 -74,85% 18 709 -74,83%(??? after 3 good tests) 18 710 -74,85% 18 720 -74,85 % 18 730 -74,85% 18 740 -74,85% 18 750 -74,85 % 18 760 -74,85% 18 770 -74,85% 18 799 -74,83 % 18 802 -74,24% (? 3 good tests) 18 805 -74,83% 18 814 -74,3 % 18 824 -74,83% 18,834 -74,83% 18 836 -74,36% 18 841 -74,41% 18 850 -74,41% 18 860 -74,83% 18 861 -74,83 % 18 862 -74,83%
Where I made mistakes (1 or two) I highlighted the letters and you can see my progress % reacted.
I did 279 good answers + 8 mistaken answers but my progress% remained 74,83% the good answers aren't considered.
I don't enumerate how many times I wrote about this to you. At this moment my progress doesn't make mistake anymore in countering my tests, letters. This is very good.(because unfortunately before it counted down, or without reason dropped off 20-30 points)
I am waiting very much your fixing my algorithm error.
Many thanks.

Hello Kati teacher,
I read your letter, somehow you had achieved what you want. The proverb is slow and study wins the race, like that somehow you have made it enter your marks and rank in the progress report. We should not be dicouraged by the size of the task what we have to do. If we do it little by little and steadily, we can achieve success. What is harder than rock, or softer than water? Yet soft water hollows out hard rock. Only persevere.
I am facing the same problem like you for the past few weeks, I will not bother about that, when we see our rank and marks, we will get mood out sometimes, without seeing our marks, we should steadily attend our test upto our satisfaction. I have also informed Sir Torsten about this, I think that he will take neccessary action to this problem, if not, I will do my duty i.e. attending test regularly towards self improvement.
Since your English is higher level than me, I have not given any comments about your writing.
Thank you

Hello Katy,
Sorry to enter your post; I just want to congratulate you on the fact you have been really active for several years, adding many posts and learning a lot from the exercises I assume and your position number 50 of approximately 51.000 participants! It will take me several weeks to get close.
Being part of an enthusiastic team of participants with professional coaches that clarify doubts, and an apparent unlimited source of practice material, satifies me much more than the percentage rate I see on my progress report.
I live in a country that is going through kind of a hell at the moment, regarding widespread murders, kidnappings; extortions, muggings and so on. For me it is weird that you are obessed with the percentage rate.
Let me give you a bit of bad news; your percenatge rate that is stated is too high -- according to your overall score:
38308 --> 18984 gives a percentage of 49.55% instead of 73.66% (at the moment of writing this post)
For me it is similar: 5830 --> 5345 should be 91.68% instead of 95.11% (at the moment of writing this post)
I read in one of your mails that your husband is doing better now, focus on that, life is too short get upset with trivial items. Be happy with the things you DO have, especially the spiritual ones.
Warm regards from Mexico

Hello Beeesneees,
Actually, what I wanted to say in my reply to Kati, is that I am happy to have a huge resource of pretty challenging exercises and professional support and that the percentage is just a number; the learning every day is what counts.
Kind regards from Mexico,
