Explanation of pavilion (noun)
large tent or covered area, usually used for entertainment; booth

Sample of pavilion
The wedding pavilion was not only beautifully decorated, but also served as welcome protection from a sudden downpour.



   
Explanation of arbiter (noun)
person who is authorized to judge or decide

Sample of arbiter
The decision of who would represent the people was made by the arbiter.

foolhardiness; impetuosity; rashness; boldness
