Dear Friend,

Did you know that Harry Potter’s «mother» or better his author and creator is richer than Queen Elizabeth II?

With £280 million (€445 million), J.K. Rowling who wrote her first novel about a boy wizard while a single parent living on a state benefit of only £70 a week, is now Britain's 122nd richtes person.

Of her fortune, £150 million came from her books and the rest from film rights and Harry Potter merchandise. The fifth book in the series is due out this summer and the third film is on its way.

Friend,
Isn’t J.K. Rowling’s story a great example how one can become successful although or maybe because he or she is financially poor but rich with ideas?

Let me know what you think and have a sunny Sunday.

Best regards
Torsten Daerr
