Sort out has the sense of arrange to find, very often with the meaning of find the answer to a problem or a question.

can you write some sentences using 'sort out' because I didn't get even the similar meaning of 'sort out' in various dictionaries as you said.

Hi,

I explained above the two main uses.

(1) There are several invoices that need to be paid in this box and I suggest you sort them out in date order so that the latest one gets paid first.

(2) My car is in the garage at the moment for the third time this month and each time it is the same problem. I do hope that this time they find out what's wrong and sort out the problem once and for all.
