Hi,
Punctuation is much a matter of opinion nowadays as it looks. Though some fundamentals you should certainly stick to. Let me try:

6 (though you can meet both 5 and 6 nowadays)

(If my memory serves me well, Dozy once said there is a trend to avoid it being hyphenated nowadays).
