I do my best at work. I do work very hard.

He does not like me, he is giving me hard time.

They do enjoy my presence, they do welcome me warmly.

It does not work to go on diet without excersice. You do need to do any sport you enjoy, at least, 3 times per week.

I do not speak Chinese..
