1a. The lost suitcase contains clothes.
1b. The suitcase lost contains clothes.
2a. The found suitcase contains clothes.
2b. The suitcase found contains clothes.
Please correct the above and comment.

1b and 2b are incorrect. You would need to say 'The suitcase that was lost/found...'
