1. The memo is signed by then-CIA director Mohan and dated January 28, 2010.
2. Then he became Tirichi athletic director, then director of transportation.
3. Since then, he has continued as director but served in a much-diminished capacity.
4. Before then, Raman had been Tirichi's director of sports.
Please correct all and comment.
Thanks.

1. The memo is signed by then-CIA director Mohan and dated January 28, 2010. In this sentence, 'then-CIA director' is grammatical but would be better using 'was signed'.
2. Then he became Tirichi athletic director, then director of transportation. OK but too many uses of 'then'. It would be avoided by a writer of reasonable ability.
3. Since then, he has continued as director but served in a much-diminished capacity. OK
4. Before then, Raman had been Tirichi's director of sports. OK
