1. I cannot imagine your pain but I can understand how you live with it.
2. I cannot understand how you live with your pain without medication.
3. We would have reached the summit but for the weather.
Please correct and comment.

They're all okay, though I would question the validity in terms of logic of the first sentence. If you cannot imagine the pain someone is going through then I don't see how you can state that they understand how they live with it.

A more logical example would be:
I cannot imagine your pain but I can understand that you have to find a way to live with it.
