Hi,
'Posh' means in this sentence 'very superior' 'high quality'. The word is often used in a derogatory way when you describe somebody's way of speaking as 'posh' since then you are ridiculing them for speaking in an affected way.

Hi Nerf, you probably mean to ask 'When do we use the word 'posh''? Well, you use it whenever you want to convey or say that somebody or something is posh.
You could also ask 'When do we use the word 'fast''? or any other word for that matter.
