Hi Vadim,
'All part of the service' is a set expression you say to someone who has thanked you for what you have done and suggests something like -'it's been my pleasure to be of service to you.' 'All parts of the service' suggests every single part of the service and could be used as in: All parts pf the service are undertaken by experts.

Good question and thanks for that. 'Senile' means too old to understand something, which must apply to me !! because I should have noticed that this is a typing error. My apologies! It should of course be 'single'.
