Thank you for your endeavors, Honey2! I am still waiting for others opinions. Thank you! I will write here my answers, but I need someone to correct me because I fell that I'm wrong!
1.When Mor waked up in the morning he found himself much less happy about the whole business than he was the night before. He felt regret at finding that he not only decided to deceive Nan but that he even have made complicated arrangements to do so.
2. a.I really think you rather listen to your mother. b. Jim doesn't like Jane and neither his brother. c. I regret, but you must leave right now.
3.a. You don't have to worry of him and his problems! b. However old he is, I still like him. c. For how long ago you have been in this place? |

Hello Raindrops,
My suggestions are in blue:

2. a. I would rather you listen to your mother. b. Jim doesn't like Jane and neither does his brother. c. Presumably your teacher wants you to write something like this: I regret to tell you that you must leave right now.
3.a. Don’t you worry about him and his problems! b. However old he is, I still like him. c. How long have you been in this place? |

Thanks a lot, Esl Expert and Honey2! My teacher wish to do the exercises perfect from all the points of view: grammar, punctuation, order in the sentences. I have a lot of problems with "had +verbs" and I still didn't get the point when to use this form. |
