You should choose the best answer - the one that makes sense (relative to the first sentence that is given to you.)
For example, Kira speaks Spanish and English.
Choice (a) doesn't make any sense because she already speaks Spanish.
Choice (b) doesn't make much sense because she already speaks both languages.
Choice (c) doesn't make sense because information about 'speaking Spanish on the phone' was NOT provided at all.
Therefore, (d) 'She speaks two languages' is the best and correct answer.
This is a comprehension test and it's testing your ability to understand phrases/sentences that are given to you and to extrapolate from that.
