i've a question with this if clause. If i was more clever than before, i wouldn't be your friend.
Does it mean i'm not clever than before?

Hi Geo, I don't think Savdasam's phrase is a third conditional sentence. It rather looks like an example of the conditional II. It means, "I don't think I'm cleverer than before because I'm still your friend". Maybe it's meant to sound sarcastic.
