Hi..I hope to help me ..with some grammar ..
1-Nicholas is sorry he smashed up his car.
Nicholas wishes .......... up his car
Nicholas wishes he were sorry he smashed his car

2-I would love to own a car.
I wish .................. a car
I wish I would had love to own a car
are those sentences right as I did ,if no what's the right answer and please explain to me the roles about wish .. thx very much :)

Hello, Sa-ma-- and welcome to English-test.net. Please use better subject titles for your questions. 'Help me please' is not good. Use a title like 'Wish' in this case.

As for your questions about 'wish', these are correct:

1- Nicholas wishes (that) he hadn't smashed up his car.
2- I wish I owned a car.

'Wish' is a special verb that is followed by a subjunctive form. You can read more HERE.
