There has a signature in my friend's MSN title:

you are my bitch, i am your dog.

Could you please tell me, what is this sentence meaning?

i am feeling confused about it, because if you just go to understand it from these words, i think this sentence is very coarse, but i friend told me that is meaning "love"...as same as you are my sweetheart, i am your honeybee

It means "You are my woman, I am your man" though as you point out, it is not a term that everyone would be comfortable with.
