Hi Meow,
Your title should be "Are my questions correct?" -- you don't need both 'is'(to be - singular) and 'are'(to be - plural) there.
Both questions are correct:
When will you reach home today? - You aren't there yet but are expected to be there before the end of the day. When did you reach home yesterday? - You got home. You may or may not have stayed there. _________________ "Inside every old person is a young person wondering what happened."
